I know what you’re thinking . . . there’s no way I can get time to myself. Solitude and silence? Wishful thinking!

But the disciplines of solitude and silence are a matter of the heart . . . it is possible to practice these even in the midst of the chaos happening around us. In today’s video, Tom & I discuss these disciplines and give practical ways that you can practice them in your life.

Hope you enjoy the video!

If you have been enjoying these videos, you may enjoy the devotional I wrote — Banana Bread & Mismatched Socks.

This book contains 100 devotions based on experiences from my life. Each Devotion begins with a suggested passage of Scripture that can be read first, followed by a story to drive the point of the Scripture home.  There is also a verse written out at the end of each devotion, as well as Biblical applications throughout.
